Mug Presses

Designs can be created on a PC or MAC and printed using sublimation ink onto special transfer paper. The design is then wrapped around the mug and pressed onto the ceramic at temperatures normally up to 200ºC. The ink will permeate the special coating of the mug and transfer the image from the paper. For this type of transfer a specially shaped element is required to fully wrap around the mug.

Clam Presses  

A typically flat bed heat press can be used to add value to any hard surface including ceramic tiles, aluminium and MDF panels. The flat bed can be used for decorating mouse mats, tote bags, jigsaw puzzles, phone covers, and notebook and tablet sleeves.

Cap Presses

Designs can be created on a PC and printed using a standard inkjet printer onto special transfer paper.  This is then laid on the cap and pressed at temperatures up to 225ºC. The heat and pressure will transfer the image from the paper onto the cap.

Pneumatic Heat Presses

The Omega Series is a pneumatically operated, single table heat press, with a sliding lower tabled. Perfectly suited for medium to high volume production environments.

Benefits of the pneumatic operation are that exact, repeatable pressure is achievable on every press cycle and operator fatigue is kept to a minimum, resulting in improved operator output and reducing mistakes due to fatigue.

Industrial Flatbed Presses

Large single table pressing area, with a sliding lower table. Ideally suited for printing larger garment panels such as Sportswear, Flags, Upholstery Materials and Soft/ Hard signage applications.

The pneumatic operation means that you can easily replicate exact pressure with every press cycle and operator fatigue is kept to a minimum, resulting in improved operator output and reducing mistakes due to fatigue.
