On a Local Area Network, ORIS colour Workflows have always provided a vast array of automation tools for publishing and pre-press production. Now that power and flexibility are available online, with ORIS Color Server.
Users will benefit from the power and convenience of web-enabled colour workflows, including remote proofing and remote proof certification. Both content and job ticket data are controlled via secure web access, managed by SQL database (included with the system). Other web workflows and colour managed output to any digital printer or CTP system. In short, any ORIS workflow can be offered to any authorized user – anywhere in the world!
ORIS Color Server user interface is customizable – conforming to your company’s graphic image, and increasing customer confidence in your capabilities. Also, because the system is permission-based, users see only what they need to see, based on their level of access. Individuals can see the general status of their jobs, a detailed view, or anything in between.
The ORIS system is not just a pretty face. Powerful prepress workflows, developed through years of digital production experience, can be accessed from your customer’s browser. Third-party applications may also be incorporated into your complete, online workflow.
